Ryed me Nickle IIPA

A double IPA brewed with an aggressive amount of late addition hops. At first pour the nose screams hops. The hops resin's cloud the glass which glows amber in color while the creamy head clings to the edge of the glass. On first taste the beer starts sweet with caramel and bready notes as the malty backbone coats the tongue. It is quickly followed by a bouquet of floral flavors from the hops that is rounded out and complimented by a hint of rye spice. Let it linger and the bitterness begins to dry out the pallet. It finishes with a hint of clean tasting bittering hops and a lingering malty sweetness which leaves the mouth begging for more.

This beer was designed to be a slow warm sipper but doubles well as a nice cool drinker. Don't let the smooth medium-light body fool you; this beer packs a punch.
